Job Overview
As a Sales Executive at Napco National, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s comprehensive range of products to assigned clients while keeping track of competitor activities in your territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell the complete portfolio of company products to designated customers, providing insights on competitor activity within the region.
- Ensure accurate execution of planograms at client locations.
- Process special order requests as necessary.
- Collect payments in line with the company's credit and aging policy.
- Prepare all necessary documentation for sales visits and business reviews before market visits.
- Identify and report new potential clients in the assigned area to the sales team leader.
- Maximize sales by targeting all potential customers.
- Manage customer complaints promptly and escalate unresolved issues to the sales team leader.
- Present customer orders to the team leader and coordinate daily collections with the distributor or accounting.
- Initiate product return procedures for defective items, securing supervisor approval prior to returns.
- Report any problems or objections that cannot be resolved independently to the team leader.
- Conduct quarterly reconciliation of customer accounts and obtain customers’ signatures for approval.
- Carry out inventory audits during every client visit, including checking warehouses and shelf stock.
