Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive position based in Doha, Qatar. The person in this role will drive new business by identifying and qualifying opportunities, managing the sales funnel, and promoting Tejwaans Corporate Group’s business setup and corporate service offerings to both prospective and existing customers.
Key Duties
Day to day, the Sales Executive will run client meetings and presentations, draft proposals and quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and work toward closing deals aligned with company targets. The role also calls for maintaining strong client relationships, providing continued support, working closely with internal teams to deliver a smooth client experience, tracking market developments, collecting competitor insights, and contributing to sales planning and reporting.
Qualifications and Skills
Candidates should bring proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, and structured pipeline management, along with strong client handling and account management abilities. A background in consultative selling, business development, and negotiation is important. Knowledge of corporate services, company formation, or professional services in Qatar or the GCC is a plus. Strong English communication skills are required, while Arabic is an advantage. The role also requires solid organization, time management, follow-up discipline, and attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM platforms and MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is expected. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience, is preferred. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resilient in a target-focused setting, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Prior exposure to on-site, client-facing work in corporate or consulting environments is also preferred.
