About the Role
Join Cartier’s Auckland boutique as part of the opening team for a new store launching later this year. This part-time sales position is suited to someone with retail experience who enjoys high-touch client service, works well in a lively and inclusive environment, and is excited to represent a world-renowned luxury Maison.
As a Sales Associate, you will act as a brand ambassador, delivering polished service and helping clients discover the craftsmanship, story, and value behind each creation. The role is centered on building memorable experiences, supporting boutique results, and contributing to the overall success of the store.
Sales Achievement
You will be expected to deliver service that reflects Cartier’s standards, use consultative selling to reach personal and boutique targets, and identify opportunities to deepen client engagement through appointments and accurate client profiling.
Client Relationship and Portfolio Growth
The role involves developing long-term client relationships, strengthening loyalty to the Maison, expanding and managing your client portfolio, and using CRM activity to encourage repeat visits and sales. You may also represent Cartier at client events and special activations.
Boutique Operations
You will support day-to-day boutique excellence by following internal procedures, maintaining compliance with operational requirements, helping with stock control and inventory activities, and ensuring the store always looks immaculate.
Team Culture
A collaborative mindset is important. You will contribute positively to team spirit, support colleagues, and help ensure clients receive a seamless experience across the boutique.
