Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated and meticulous Sales Assistant to join our team at Autobarn Mt Gambier. This role is essential in supporting the sales department and enhancing the customer experience under the guidance of the Sales Manager. Successful candidates will contribute to the achievement of sales objectives while embodying our customer-centric culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing informed product suggestions with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Assist the sales team with preparation of sales literature, management of customer databases, and organization of sales documentation to facilitate efficient operations.
• Participate actively in meeting sales goals and performance metrics by engaging customers and following up appropriately.
• Maintain precise records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities utilizing company systems.
• Support product demonstrations, presentations, and onboarding processes to ensure customers feel informed and supported.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify improvement opportunities and encourage best practices for team success.
• Keep a tidy and professional workspace while adhering strictly to company policies and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills
