Robotics and AI Trainer (STEM/STEAM Trainer)

About the Role and Organization

PADMANABH Innovations LLP, headquartered in Sodala, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, is seeking an enthusiastic Robotics and AI Trainer with a STEM/STEAM focus. The position involves mentoring students through innovative and applied learning approaches within Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics, fostering creativity and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging STEM and project-based learning sessions at school level, emphasizing real-world applications.
• Facilitate daily innovative activities involving Mechatronics and related fields.
• Interact with students to stimulate creativity, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Lead students through school innovation initiatives and competitive events.
• Design and develop hands-on projects involving Robotics, Mechatronics, and Artificial Intelligence.
• Create and deliver interactive curricula and lesson plans tailored to effective STEAM education.
• Conduct practical workshops utilizing platforms like Arduino, ESP series, and Raspberry Pi.
• Research new educational project ideas and prototype technologies to enrich the learning experience.
• Travel occasionally within Jaipur and nearby areas to conduct sessions and exhibitions.

Required Skills and Experience

• Between 6 months and 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong foundational expertise in Mechatronics, including mechanical-electronic integration and system design.
• Proficiency in Electronics and Electrical Systems with practical experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of microcontrollers such as Arduino and ESP32 and embedded systems development.
• Skills in PCB design, circuit simulation, and functional assembly.
• Experience operating and integrating 3D printing technology for rapid prototyping.
• Familiarity with STEAM educational kits and hands-on learning tools.
• Understanding of rocketry concepts and ability to build and explain models like Hydro Rockets.
• Knowledge of underwater robotic projects or submarine models involving buoyancy principles.
• Competence in designing, assembling, and operating RC planes.
• Exposure to humanoid robotic systems assembly and programming.
• Awareness of futuristic transport concepts such as the Hyperloop.
• Basic knowledge of aerospace fundamentals including flight dynamics and space technology.
• Foundational understanding or project-level experience in Artificial Intelligence.

Preferred Qualifications

• B.Tech or M.Tech degrees in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electronics and Communications, Electrical, Mechanical, AI, or IT disciplines.

Technical Tools and Languages

• Proficiency with Python, C, C++ programming languages.
• Experience with Arduino, IoT devices, Breadboard, Tinkercad simulation tools.
• Basic understanding or exposure to Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence concepts.
