About the Role

As an RFP Writer within Global Client Services, you will play a key role in supporting business growth and client retention by managing requests such as Proposals (RFPs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), and Requests for Information (RFIs) from clients and prospects across Europe and Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire process of preparing RFIs, RFPs, and DDQs ensuring responses are accurate, timely, compliant, and meet internal and external standards.
- Organize and lead kickoff meetings to understand client requests in depth.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Performance Analytics, Product, ESG, Operations, Risk, Compliance teams, and external partners to create compelling content highlighting our investment philosophy and offerings.
- Analyze complex investment data from internal sources to inform and improve responses.
- Use and enhance internal content repositories (such as Qvidian) by working with Content Managers to improve future narrative use.
- Respond efficiently to ad-hoc requests, demonstrating flexibility in a dynamic environment.
- Act as the subject matter expert for RFI/RFP/DDQ processes and information.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve RFP processing efficiency.
- Support product initiatives and ad-hoc inquiries by developing relevant RFP content with cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to team projects focused on process enhancements, content creation, or technology adoption.
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members, serving as a role model.
- Maintain accurate records via Qvidian request logs and the Service Now portal.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and sustain effective working relationships across organizational levels.
- Skilled in leading and facilitating diverse meetings.
- Client-focused and commercially aware, acting as a strategic partner to Sales to support asset growth.
- Proactively identify, assess, manage, and escalate risks in daily tasks.
- Intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, adaptability, and strong analytical capabilities in complex, ambiguous situations.
- Deep understanding of investment strategies and portfolio metrics.
- Strong numerical and quantitative analysis aptitude.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Effective project management skills to juggle multiple deadlines, involving others as needed.
- Adept at balancing multiple stakeholders, negotiating solutions under time pressure.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage heavy workloads independently or collaboratively.
- Knowledgeable about evolving policies, trends, and technologies relevant to the business.
- Open to adopting emerging technologies and data-driven tools, including responsible AI-assisted drafting, to boost efficiency and consistency.
Preferred Experience
- Background in preparing RFP/DDQ responses within asset management or financial services.
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines on multiple projects simultaneously.
- A commitment to meticulous attention to detail and continuous process improvement.
