Revenue Operations Analyst

Position Overview

Barden, a B Corp, is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to become part of their high-achieving Global Business Services team located in the Cork Metropolitan Area. This role offers a chance to engage with a fast-paced, multinational workplace that enhances revenue expansion by managing sales incentives and contra-revenue activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately compute and oversee sales incentive processes, including back margin, accrual reconciliation, ensuring adherence to US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and relevant tax laws.
• Enforce robust financial controls while maintaining the integrity of data throughout the entire revenue management cycle.
• Utilize analytical tools like Tableau, Dataiku, or related software to evaluate financial datasets, spot patterns, and pinpoint chances for process enhancements.
• Collaborate with a variety of global stakeholders within Sales, Finance, Tax, Compliance, and Operations to ensure process alignment and consistency.
• Drive and participate in initiatives aimed at refining procedures to boost scalability, operational efficiency, and automation.
• Effectively prioritize activities to meet tight deadlines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Candidate Profile

• Possess a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or an equivalent field, or have relevant professional experience.
• Bring over five years of experience in finance or operations roles within international companies.
• Exhibit strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Have a proven track record of supporting or leading projects in high-performing teams.
• Demonstrate a growth-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
