Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage retail employees including apprentices and design team members.

• Authorize cheque payments and control merchandise orders to keep adequate stock.
• Approve returns of merchandise in accordance with store policies.
• Prepare and implement staff work schedules ensuring optimal coverage.
• Engage in direct selling of products to customers.
• Handle and resolve issues such as customer inquiries, complaints, and supply shortages promptly and effectively.
• Maintain and organize inventory systematically to support sales and operations.
• This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, with English as the working language.

Qualifications and Experience

• Completion of secondary (high) school education is required.
• Previous work experience of 2 to under 3 years in a retail business environment is essential.
