Overview

We urgently require energetic and customer-focused sales professionals to join our mall kiosk team across Dubai. This role involves working for a prominent telecom project, providing customers with quality assistance and meeting sales objectives. Immediate joining is mandatory, with zero notice period.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers, delivering top-tier service.
• Present and clarify product details and service options effectively.
• Support customers in making purchase choices tailored to their needs.
• Accurately complete sales transactions using point-of-sale systems.
• Ensure the kiosk remains tidy and well-organized at all times.
• Meet and exceed daily sales targets; maintain sales reporting.
• Address customer questions, complaints, and process returns professionally.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 2 to 3 years of direct experience selling SIM cards.

Compensation and Additional Details

• Salary is set at AED 5000 monthly plus performance incentives.
