Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer support by greeting shoppers, addressing product inquiries, and tailoring recommendations based on individual preferences.
• Support sales by assisting customers in selecting products, promoting add-ons, and achieving sales targets through comprehensive product knowledge.
• Maintain an attractive store layout by organizing displays and implementing merchandising strategies to enhance customer experience.
• Help manage inventory by stocking merchandise, ensuring items are orderly and replenished, and participating in inventory counts.
• Stay informed on fashion trends and product promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
• Handle sales transactions efficiently using the POS system including cash, card payments, and issuing receipts.
• Keep the store clean and organized, ensuring all areas including fitting rooms and floors remain presentable.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a cooperative and positive store environment.

Requirements

• Preferred experience in retail or customer service within the fashion industry, though not mandatory.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills enabling engaging customer interaction.
• Awareness of fashion trends and capability to offer product styling advice.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Basic arithmetic skills necessary for cash handling and transaction processing.
• Adaptability to shifting store priorities and flexible scheduling.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and move around for long periods and lift merchandise up to 25 pounds.

• Regular weekly day off falls between Monday and Friday; weekend holidays are not standard unless specifically required.
