Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance shopping experiences by engaging directly and resolving queries promptly.
• Ensure the availability and quality of products through continuous replenishment, concentrating on essential and fresh items with high standards for product presentation and rotation.
• Collaborate with store teams to maintain smooth operations, cleanliness, and organization throughout the store.
