Research Project Manager

LOOKA Research is seeking a Research Project Manager to coordinate and deliver comprehensive research projects from start to finish, create tailored methodologies for clients, and nurture long-term relationships built on trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide potential clients in selecting optimal research approaches and pricing aligned with project specifics and budget constraints, including decisions on sample sizes, criteria, quotas, and data collection techniques.
• Manage ongoing client engagement transparently throughout the project lifecycle, from questionnaire development and operational coordination to data delivery and satisfaction assessments.
• Integrate quantitative surveys and screening instruments into the company platform.
• Oversee field survey operations by onboarding and supervising field teams, ensuring data accuracy through validation and feedback, and coordinating payments with finance.
• Manage online survey panels, optimize respondent recruitment via advertising, monitor data collection progress, validate inputs, and administer incentives.
• Conduct participant recruitment and screening efforts, onboard selected respondents, and work with finance to handle incentive distributions.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate possesses solid knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and at least one year of experience managing research projects. Strong skills in client relationship management and an ability to understand unique business requirements and foster enduring partnerships are essential. Proficiency in French is advantageous.
