Role Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Research Analyst / Research Assistant to support our research efforts by collecting, analyzing, and reporting data. Key Responsibilities

• Execute both primary and secondary research using credible sources and established research methodologies.
• Gather, arrange, validate, and analyze qualitative and quantitative datasets.
• Conduct literature reviews, market and industry analyses, and competitor research.
• Develop research documentation such as reports, presentations, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Detect trends, patterns, and crucial insights from extensive research outcomes.
• Maintain research databases and data repositories ensuring they are accurate and current.
• Assist in designing surveys, questionnaires, interviews, and other research tools.
• Interpret research findings and provide data-driven recommendations to support organizational goals.
• Collaborate with teams across departments on research projects and strategic programs.
• Communicate findings through visual aids including charts, graphs, and comprehensive written reports.
• Ensure research methods and data handling adhere to defined standards for quality and documentation.
• Support creation of project proposals, documentation, and analytical content.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new developments, and relevant publications.
• Suggest improvements to enhance research processes and data precision.
• Handle sensitive research information with confidentiality and integrity.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Finance, Social Sciences, Data Analytics, Psychology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• Sound knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research practices.
• Experience in data gathering, analysis, interpretation, and reporting methodologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and related data analysis or reporting software.
• Experience with survey platforms, statistical software, business intelligence, or visualization tools is a plus.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and critical evaluation capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects with deadlines.
