Role overview
This is a fully remote position focused on accurate data handling and day-to-day administrative coordination. The role suits someone who is highly organized, detail-focused, and comfortable balancing record management with routine office support tasks. You will help keep internal information current, maintain orderly files and trackers, and contribute to smooth operational workflows.
Data entry and record management
- Enter, refresh, and preserve information in spreadsheets, databases, and internal platforms.
- Check records for completeness and accuracy, making sure they remain current.
- Keep digital files and datasets well organized and easy to retrieve.
- Spot mismatches, inconsistencies, or mistakes and correct them promptly.
Administrative support and coordination
- Support routine administrative work and internal procedures.
- Maintain logs, trackers, and reporting documents.
- Help coordinate tasks so deadlines are met on time.
- Organize documents and supporting materials for quick access.
Communication and task tracking
- Review incoming requests and direct them to the right person or process.
- Communicate clearly with teammates about updates or data-related issues.
- Monitor task status and follow up on open items.
- Share progress updates for both completed and pending work.
Documentation and quality control
- Ensure documents and data follow consistent formatting standards.

Required qualifications
