This position focuses on managing and growing a portfolio of trade and high-value MSME customers. The role is centered on working-capital solutions, trade finance support, revenue growth through deeper product usage, and strong customer relationship management across the full account lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with trade and high-value MSME clients for their working-capital needs.
  • Support requirements related to pre-shipment and post-shipment finance limits.
  • Handle the complete customer journey, including acquisition, onboarding, portfolio management, activation, and attrition control.
  • Increase trade revenue by improving wallet share across both newly acquired and existing trade accounts.
  • Bring in new trade customers and high-value liability customers.
  • Coordinate customer trade transactions and help ensure smooth straight-through processing.
  • Promote treasury products such as forwards and options to trade customers.
  • Offer cash management solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Carry out customer and transaction due diligence to meet AML and regulatory expectations linked to trade activity.
  • Track and reduce compliance pendency related to bills of entry and export bills.
