Role Overview
At ICICI Bank, Relationship Managers in Farmer Finance serve as pivotal connectors bringing comprehensive banking solutions to agricultural customers. This role embraces a holistic banking philosophy, aiming to meet all financial needs through a customer-centric, 360-degree approach. Relationship Managers work to acquire new clients and expand the financial portfolio of existing clients while upholding the principle of fairness to both customer and bank.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and meeting the financial needs of farmers throughout their lifecycle.
- Drive business growth through sourcing and selling Kisan Credit Cards (KCC), expanding the product usage of current clients, and onboarding new customers with relevant agricultural financial products.
- Collaborate internally to offer a comprehensive range of banking products that fit customers' unique requirements.
- Maintain and improve the quality of the customer portfolio, balancing the interests of the bank and clients.
- Provide tailored solutions adhering to branch policies and ensure branch infrastructure is appropriately managed and maintained.
- Adhere to the core value of fairness in all product offerings to customers and to the bank.
Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in relationship management, business development, or closely related roles.
- Graduate-level educational qualification.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide the necessary support and resources.
- Capability to design and implement sales strategies, customer relationship processes, and structures.
- Keen insight into market trends, customer behaviors, and partnership opportunities.
