About The Role
As a Relationship Associate within the Business Division, you will support Relationship Managers by facilitating banking services that simplify client experiences. Your responsibilities will include financial analysis, lending support, and administrative tasks tailored toward specific customer groups. This position is an excellent development opportunity for those aspiring to advance into Relationship Management roles.
What You Will Do
- Gain comprehensive understanding of customer portfolios, including their figures, objectives, challenges, and value propositions.
- Elevate ANZ’s market presence through insightful knowledge of customer industries and related markets.
- Foster collaborative relationships across Business and ANZ teams.
- Partner with Relationship and Senior Managers along with product teams to create and implement customer-focused financial solutions while resolving issues.
- Maintain high standards of compliance and operational excellence as prescribed by the Bank.
- Support accurate credit decisions through thorough financial analysis and interpretation of customer data.
- Stay fully informed on the Bank’s credit policies and issues to ensure proper decision-making.
Candidate Profile
- Strong financial literacy combined with analytical skills, commercial insight, and business understanding.
- Capability to assess and interpret financial trends effectively.
- Proven success in fostering strong relationships within customer service or experience roles.
- Knowledge of security arrangement structuring.
- Experience in banking is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Qualifications such as a degree in accounting or finance are preferred but not essential.
While full mastery of all skills is not a requirement, we value a growth mindset and enthusiasm to develop further.
