Job Overview

This position offers an autonomous freelance engagement under a PJ (legal entity) arrangement. The role involves independently managing the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing resumes, talent hunting, job vacancy promotion, conducting interviews, administering tests, and providing candidate evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complete recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to final assessment.
• Manage all recruitment stages independently and remotely.

Requirements

• Proven experience handling recruitment and selection for roles ranging from operational to strategic levels.
• Reside in Blumenau or nearby areas.
• Own a personal notebook for work purposes.
• Availability to work during regular business hours.
• Preferable: currently studying or completed studies in Human Resources or Psychology.
