Recruitment Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a Recruitment Manager based in Abu Dhabi to lead and optimize our talent acquisition functions. This role commands responsibility for designing and executing recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals, managing a recruitment team, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute talent acquisition plans that meet company staffing needs.
• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the Talent Acquisition team to meet hiring targets efficiently.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to forecast workforce requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines by sourcing candidates, networking extensively, and enhancing employer brand presence.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and support government Emiratization programs.
• Monitor recruitment performance indicators and implement measures for continuous process improvements.
• Handle offer management ensuring hiring practices are competitive and compliant with regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or closely related discipline.
• Between 5 to 7 plus years of professional experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or executive search within the UAE or GCC region.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and developing effective candidate sourcing strategies.
• Proven capability in leading recruitment teams and interfacing with senior-level stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with recruitment agencies, executive search firms, or labor providers.
• Comprehensive knowledge of GCC recruitment standards, UAE labor laws, and market trends.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, networking, and decision-making skills.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary range of AED 18,000 to AED 22,000.
