Recruitment Manager - Bulk Hiring

Role Overview

Tech Mahindra is looking for a Recruitment Manager with deep experience in high-volume hiring to join its on-site team in Mumbai. This position is focused on running end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements, especially for the BPO space, while ensuring hiring targets and timelines are consistently met.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute large-scale hiring strategies aligned to business needs.
• Source and engage suitable candidates through recruitment tools and sourcing channels.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and role expectations.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to offer coordination and closure.
• Track hiring progress, review recruitment data, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Lead, guide, and support a recruitment team to strengthen performance and mentoring outcomes.
• Ensure recruitment activities stay aligned with committed turnaround times and hiring timelines.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in volume hiring and talent acquisition approaches.
• Hands-on experience using recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing methods.
• Proven ability to build, manage, and develop a recruitment team.
• Comfort with analyzing recruitment metrics and improving hiring processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and deliver under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline; HR certifications will be an added advantage.
• At least 7 years of recruitment experience, with a strong emphasis on bulk hiring in the BPO industry.
• Role location: Malad, Mumbai.
