Role Overview
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Coordinator to join Randstad's thriving Inhouse specialisation team, supporting recruitment for the national Defence sector. This long-term, onsite position is located near Port Adelaide at a key Defence client site. The role is predominantly administrative, focusing on coordinating recruitment activities rather than direct sales, within a welcoming, close-knit team of three, offering autonomy and flexible hybrid working options after establishment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-level administrative support across numerous concurrent job vacancies, ensuring smooth recruitment operations and regulatory compliance.
- Own candidate management including scheduling interviews and overseeing hiring managers' calendars.
- Serve as a principal liaison for candidates and hiring managers, maintaining professional and friendly communication via phone and email.
- Accurately input recruitment data, monitor compliance, and maintain administrative records promptly.
- Work collaboratively with a team of three local colleagues to meet shared recruitment goals and provide an excellent candidate experience while supporting client milestones.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrable experience serving as a Recruitment Coordinator, Administrator, or Talent Advisor assistant.
- Superior organizational capabilities with proficiency in managing complex calendars, interviews, and multitasking in a dynamic work setting.
- A positive, approachable demeanor characterized by autonomy, team spirit, and celebrating collective achievements.
- Must be an Australian Citizen or hold Permanent Residency.
