Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and approach skilled professionals using various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and active sourcing methods.
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to successful placement.
- Support the development and maintenance of long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Collaborate closely with experienced consultants in sales and advisory capacities.
- Gradually take on increased responsibilities in client management and recruitment.
- Learn and conduct market, industry, and competitive analyses.
Candidate Profile
- Completed university degree or equivalent commercial/vocational training.
- Keen interest in recruitment and sales fields.
- Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and an eagerness to learn.
- Goal-driven, organized work approach with a passion for achieving results.
- Proficiency in the German language.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
