An established Australian-owned company with operations nationwide is expanding its People & Development department and seeks an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join the Group Support Services team at its Eagle Farm headquarters.
This role is dynamic and hands-on, focusing on managing high-volume recruitment for a wide range of blue-collar and corporate positions. Ideal candidates enjoy coordinating recruitment activities, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing excellent candidate experiences throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes for multiple concurrent vacancies.
- Oversee job posting and handle applicant responses.
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout hiring stages.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Perform recruitment administrative tasks including updating systems and record management.
- Assist with talent attraction, candidate selection, and onboarding procedures.
- Prepare employment contracts, job offers, and onboarding paperwork.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts such as events, expos, and attraction campaigns.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism are upheld at all times.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or comparable roles.
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume recruitment for diverse positions.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems like JobAdder or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the aptitude to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A candidate-focused approach with utmost discretion handling confidential information.
