Role Overview
At Advice Personnel, the Recruiting Coordinator position extends beyond traditional scheduling or recruiting duties. Key Responsibilities

- Create innovative and tailored job postings to entice qualified applicants for diverse active searches.
- Support the recruiting team by coordinating interview schedules, managing appointments, and handling data entry tasks.
- Maintain detailed records and track important information throughout the candidate recruitment lifecycle.
- Develop personalized communication and persuasive approaches to engage candidates at the outset effectively.
- Work collaboratively with executive recruiters and account managers to assess and vet candidates for ongoing openings.
Qualifications
- At least one year of internship or post-graduate experience in a corporate environment.
- Technologically adept, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional organizational abilities coupled with strong critical thinking skills.
