Recreation Attendant

Role overview

As a Recreation Attendant at The Cove Rotana Ras Al Khaimah, you will support guests taking part in leisure activities, look after recreation spaces, and help create a secure, pleasant experience for everyone.

What you will do

• Support guests in using recreational equipment and participating in activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and order across recreation areas and facilities.
• Apply safety guidelines and rules to help maintain a secure environment.
• Deliver attentive and friendly service to guests.
• Assist with planning, setting up, and running recreational events and activities.

What we are looking for

• A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage.
• Good communication skills and a strong guest-service mindset.
• Comfort working with a team and engaging with people across all age groups.
• Basic first aid and CPR knowledge is preferred.
