Overview & Responsibilities

• Engage proactively with guests, assisting with their requirements such as issuing towels, chaise lounge covers, and aiding in the set-up of chaise lounges and cabanas.
• Continuously collect and remove used towels and any debris from pool deck areas over the course of the day.
• Deliver memorable guest experiences characterized by warm, personalized, and meticulous service within an upscale, luxury, and fast-moving environment.
• Ensure guests' positive first impressions by maintaining exceptional cleanliness, proper arrangement, and ambiance at the pool area.
• Keep fully informed of all wellness, recreational services, activities, facilities, and hotel amenities.
• Consistently promote and upsell wellness and recreation offers to enhance revenue opportunities.
• Carry out opening and closing side duties as assigned, setting up the pool according to established standards and procedures.
• Be knowledgeable about hotel fire, life safety, and emergency protocols.
• Uphold a consistently high standard of personal grooming and hygiene.
• Execute any additional reasonable duties as assigned by hotel management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience working as a recreation attendant.
• Outstanding customer service abilities.
• Basic understanding of recreational equipment and facility operations.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Basic competency in first aid and emergency response procedures.
• Willingness to undertake assignments delegated by the department manager.
