Primary Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the complexities of the UAE real estate sector, including assistance with obtaining Golden Visas through property acquisitions.

• Keep abreast of industry changes, regulatory policies, and emerging real estate trends.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in one or more European languages such as French, German, Spanish, Italian, Turkish, or Russian, paired with strong English communication capabilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, including key districts and property developments.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with UAE property laws, contractual procedures, and investment workflows.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
• Possession of a UAE driving license and reliable transportation is advantageous.
