About the role
Siemens Healthineers is hiring a Quote Specialist to support procurement-related work for business operations in Singapore. The role sits within a caring, diverse global organization focused on improving healthcare outcomes for people everywhere.
What you will do
- Assist the In-vivo Sales team with sales, marketing, and customer-related activities across the Singapore and Brunei cluster.
- Coordinate tender submissions by completing tender specifications and supporting ongoing projects while working with internal teams at local and regional levels to meet submission deadlines.
- Track demo unit stock and help arrange logistics for demo units within Singapore and Brunei.
- Prepare presentations and reports, and support sponsorship-related requests from private, public, and government stakeholders.
- Attend monthly administrative meetings and provide day-to-day support to the In-vivo Sales team, including travel bookings, claims processing, and logistics coordination.
- Help plan and run Singapore Country Team events, as well as local conference and exhibition marketing activities.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a minimum ITE, Polytechnic, or Bachelor’s graduate, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong working knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel is required. Prior exposure to ERP systems in a medium-to-large organization is preferred. The role suits someone who is careful, self-driven, organized, and able to manage several deadlines in a fast-paced setting. You should take responsibility for assigned work, be motivated by goals, and work well as part of an energetic team.
