Role Overview

This key position supports our New Home Consultants, Project Managers, and Construction Teams. You will be responsible for accurate cost estimation, managing pricing, maintaining our BuildMaster database, and supporting each project from inception through to completion.

Key Duties

• Generate precise material take-offs and cost estimates
• Price both Design & Build and Ready to Build homes
• Collect and assess subcontractor quotes
• Maintain pricing templates and databases within BuildMaster
• Handle client-initiated variations and update project costs accordingly
• Order materials and prepare purchase orders
• Assist with contract drafting and payment scheduling
• Support council consent processes and construction administration
• Collaborate closely with clients, suppliers, and construction teams to ensure project success

Candidate Profile

• Possesses Quantity Surveying qualifications or comparable industry experience
• Experienced in residential construction estimating and cost control
• Proficient with estimating software such as BuildMaster or uTechture
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
• Excellent communication and collaborative mindset
• Capable of handling multiple projects without compromising accuracy
