Job Overview

Numbertree LLP is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in Visakhapatnam. Candidates should have over seven years of expertise in building and construction projects and must be ready to join immediately or within a notice period of 15-20 days. This full-time, onsite role offers an opportunity to engage with project billing and measurements in a dynamic environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Generate and audit Running Account (RA) Bills, client invoices, and subcontractor bills, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct thorough examinations of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), measurements, and quantity take-offs to verify correctness.
• Develop detailed rate analyses and reconcile quantities to maintain billing precision.
• Validate work measurements aligned with design drawings and technical specifications.
• Collaborate effectively with site management, clients, and contractors to fulfill billing requirements.
• Keep meticulous billing records alongside necessary supporting documentation.
• Ensure bills are submitted both accurately and promptly according to project timelines.

Required Skills and Expertise

• A minimum of seven years’ experience specialized in building or civil construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of BOQ preparation, RA Billing processes, rate analysis techniques, and reconciliation practices.
• Proficient user of MS Excel and AutoCAD software tools.
• Comprehensive understanding of civil and building construction methodologies and practices.
