Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the preparation and evaluation of comprehensive material quantity takeoffs for ongoing construction initiatives.
- Assess the difference between quantities requested and purchased versus contractually agreed quantities, identifying discrepancies, excessive orders, or extra items outside of the BOQ.
- Identify and document excess volumes, items not listed in the BOQ, and potential additional orders or change requests.
- Connect BOQ entries to corresponding cost, materials, and subcontractor codes for effective tracking.
- Support project data management and expenditure tracking using Odoo project management software.
- Oversee and maintain records for real, pending, and forecasted expenses for every BOQ item to support financial monitoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a similar discipline is mandatory.
- Between three and six years of hands-on experience in contract-related positions, particularly involving cost control and invoice verification.
- Extensive knowledge in reviewing subcontractor documentation, material takeoff, and cost analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
