Quality Engineer

Job Overview

The Quality Engineer will be responsible for interpreting engineering drawings and conducting thorough inspections at various stages of the production process to ensure product quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
• Perform inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and final products adhering to specifications.
• Utilize quality management methodologies including 5S, Kaizen, and Poka Yoke to enhance process reliability.
• Prepare and maintain detailed inspection documentation to support both internal and external audits.
• Ensure all quality standards and safety protocols are fully met during operations.
• Keep precise records of test outcomes and inspection results.
• Engage actively in initiatives aimed at continual process and quality improvement.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to comprehend and work with technical engineering drawings.
• Experience with quality tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and Poka Yoke.
• Skilled in performing various stages of inspection including incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
• Competent in maintaining accurate quality documentation for audits.
