Purchase Executive - Vendor Development

Job Overview

Five Fingers Exports India Private Limited is inviting applications for the role of Purchase Executive specializing in Vendor Development. This position is based in Coimbatore and involves managing procurement operations to support production.

Key Duties

• Source and establish relationships with new suppliers
• Evaluate supplier quotations and conduct price negotiations
• Generate and track purchase orders to ensure timely procurement
• Coordinate with production and quality assurance teams to maintain material availability
• Keep up-to-date vendor records and documentation
• Assess vendor performance in terms of quality, delivery, and cost factors
• Address and resolve supplier-related issues promptly

Candidate Requirements

• Educational background: Diploma, BE, or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience range: fresh graduates to candidates with up to 3 years in purchase or procurement roles
• Effective communication and negotiation capabilities
• Understanding of material purchasing processes
• Familiarity with MS Excel and ERP systems is beneficial

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging between INR 18,000 and INR 20,000
