Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join our expanding team on a permanent full-time basis. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of residential properties, nurture existing client relationships, and pursue new business opportunities. Your in-depth knowledge of Residential Tenancy Legislation along with your local industry experience will be critical to understanding and addressing client needs effectively. Supported by the extensive Elders network, you will have opportunities to learn, grow, and excel in your career.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand and meet their current and future property management needs.
- Identify and cultivate new business prospects for both new and existing clients’ property investments.
- Conduct routine inspections of properties under your management to ensure they meet required standards.
- Manage debtor accounts to ensure timely payments and maintain financial health of portfolios.
- Prepare and process necessary documentation for landlords and tenants, both new and existing.
- Collaborate with the Elders team to explore innovative solutions and opportunities for clients.
- Maximize promotional efforts by participating in field days, community events, and other marketing activities.
Candidate Profile
- Comprehensive understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation applicable in the local area.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Strong team player with enthusiasm, energy, and effective time management skills.
- Resourceful, innovative, and forward-thinking, with a willingness to embrace new technologies.
