Role Overview
The Project Manager position, located onsite in Scottsdale, AZ, involves full-time responsibility for planning, coordinating, and managing projects through all phases to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and scope-accurate completion. Daily duties include overseeing schedules, managing expediting operations, organizing inspections, and synchronizing logistics to meet project demands.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of project activities including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Supervise expediting functions to guarantee timely delivery of required materials and services.
- Coordinate and conduct inspections to ensure product and process compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
- Handle logistics coordination involving transportation, scheduling, and material movement among project locations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain clear, effective communication with stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement risk monitoring strategies.
- Generate project status reports to assist informed decision-making.
Required Qualifications and Skills
