Overview

An opportunity is available for an experienced Project Manager / Service Delivery Manager to take charge of the delivery of cybersecurity and managed services engagements. The role is based in Jubail Industrial City, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, and is intended for Saudi nationals only.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee everyday service delivery activities and project execution.
Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal stakeholders.
Track SLA and KPI performance, then prepare and share status reports.
Identify operational issues and manage escalations and risks when needed.
Facilitate service review meetings and keep detailed, accurate minutes.
Make sure project scope, delivery timelines, and service quality targets are met.

Requirements

Background in project management, service delivery, cybersecurity, or managed services.
Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively.
Hands-on experience with technical projects or cybersecurity-related work.
PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL certification is strongly preferred.
Very good spoken and written English communication skills.

This role is restricted to Saudi nationals.
