Project Manager

About the Role

We seek an experienced Project Manager to join our team, ensuring smooth execution of multiple projects for SaaS clients. This senior position involves overseeing various initiatives across UX design, development, graphic design, and conversion optimization.

The role requires ongoing client communication, coordinating the team, and enhancing operational processes to guarantee projects are delivered punctually, within budget, and surpass client expectations. Initially, you will be based in Bali for 3–6 months to work closely with leadership during the onboarding phase. After this time, the position transitions to fully remote work. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments and possess relevant experience in tech or creative agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily client requests through platforms like Slack and email ensuring effective communication.
• Coordinate delivery of projects spanning UX design, development, graphic design, and conversion optimization.
• Lead daily team stand-ups, attend client meetings, and facilitate weekly sprint planning sessions.
• Ensure projects remain within budget and are completed on schedule.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows, documentation, and overall team efficiency.
• Contribute to strategic planning that aligns project execution with company business goals.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of senior-level project management experience, preferably within tech or creative agencies.
• Excellent proficiency in English communication to interact effectively with international clients, notably from the United States.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to resolve issues and deliver results.
• Familiarity with marketing projects is advantageous.
• Willingness to accommodate early morning client meetings (typically between 5–7 AM), though not regularly.
• A process-driven approach involving close work with leadership to enhance project workflows and documentation.
• Comfortable using project management and productivity tools such as Trello, Hubstaff, and applying Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Currently residing in Indonesia and open to relocating to Bali for the initial 3–6 months (relocation expenses covered). Post-transition, the role will be fully remote.
