ALEC FITOUT is the specialized interiors branch of ALEC, dedicated to premium fit-out and refurbishment for 5-star hotels, luxury retail, commercial, and cultural venues. The division manages the entire process from engineering and procurement through to site execution and finishing with precision and integrity.

Role Location

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee project coordination and execution ensuring delivery of top-quality work within budget. You will be responsible for resource and material management and maintaining client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze contract documents, project timelines, bills of quantity, and design data to devise and execute a strategic project plan.
• Lead and inspire the project team to meet established objectives efficiently.
• Ensure timely availability and coordination of construction documentation to facilitate seamless site activities.
• Manage coordination efforts among contractors, subcontractors, and consultants, including conducting and documenting regular meetings to provide appropriate guidance to the team.
• Oversee all interactions with local authorities for submissions, approvals, inspections, ensuring finalized and operational handover of buildings.
• Guide the project team in engineering, production scheduling, and overall project implementation.
• Manage technical material approvals by preparing submittals and securing consultant/client authorization.
• Coordinate and submit shop drawings, design calculations, and technical documentation for approval.
• Facilitate procurement and logistics of materials and equipment based on approved submittals and shop drawings.
• Supervise site management and coordinate all fit-out activities compliant with project schedules.
• Conduct inspections of equipment and materials alongside consultants.
• Prepare and submit method statements related to installation of materials, equipment, and systems.
• Handle installation inspection requests and ensure consultant approvals.
• Lead testing and commissioning efforts for equipment and systems in collaboration with suppliers and consultants.
• Coordinate design efforts with main contractors, subcontractors, interior designers, architects, and consultants.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• At least 15 years of experience in the construction field, predominantly in hospitality, retail, and office fit-out projects.
• Proven expertise in luxury fit-out undertakings.
• Experience working within the Middle Eastern construction sector.
• Exceptional communication capabilities and deep understanding of construction methods.
• Strong management proficiency with analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
• Competent in computer usage, especially MS Office applications.
