Role Overview

The Project Manager will lead the complete delivery cycle of technology projects, partnering closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional engineering teams to provide high-quality software solutions that align with strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation and planning to successful delivery.
Coordinate with Product Managers, Developers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure timely project completion within scope and quality standards.
Facilitate Agile processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Create and maintain project documentation such as plans, timelines, roadmaps, risk registers, and delivery reporting.
Track project progress, identify risks proactively, and implement mitigation measures.
Manage communications between stakeholders, providing regular status updates and aligning technical and business teams.
Utilize tools like Jira and Confluence to maintain project boards, documentation, dashboards, and delivery metrics.
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.
Identify opportunities to optimize delivery processes, team collaboration, and operational efficiency.

Core Skills Required

Project Management expertise with a focus on software delivery and SDLC.
Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning and ceremonies.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership capabilities.
Risk and issue management, project governance, and roadmap development.
Experience working with tools such as Jira and Confluence, dashboard management, and delivery reporting.
Familiarity with API integrations, cloud technologies, and DevOps collaboration.
Process improvement and technology delivery management skills.
