About the Role

Merloam Estates is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee land development projects in Chennai. This position offers a competitive salary along with performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize regular team meetings and daily project training sessions to ensure continuous learning and progress.
• Closely monitor the daily communication efforts of team members, ensuring consistent follow-up.
• Present project details to clients at their preferred locations to maintain strong client engagement.
• Manage daily operations related to assigned land development projects effectively.
• Develop comprehensive sales strategies and ensure their execution.
• Track sales performance, assisting the sales team in reaching monthly sales targets.
• Conduct site visits frequently to stay updated on project status and conditions.
• Arrange and accompany customer site visits, addressing and resolving any project-related questions or concerns.
• Maintain records of project progress, sales updates, and gather customer feedback, reporting these regularly to management.
• Identify any operational challenges promptly and apply corrective measures to maintain project timelines and quality.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly remuneration ranging from INR 25,000 to 85,000, along with attractive incentives tied to performance.
