Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee complete project lifecycle, from initial planning through to final closure.
- Establish clear project scope, schedules, budgets, and defined deliverables.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and various teams to guarantee successful project outcomes.
- Track project milestones, identify risks, manage issues, and handle dependencies.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while adhering to budget and quality standards.
- Administer project governance including regular reporting and communication with stakeholders.
- Coordinate activities between vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Lead efforts in risk management, resource allocation, and enhancing project processes.
- Assist in driving change management and facilitating organizational transformation initiatives.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Possesses 8 to 12 years of experience in Project or Program Management roles.
- Mandatory possession of PMP and/or PRINCE2 certifications.
- Demonstrated expertise in project planning, execution and governance frameworks.
- Strong capabilities in managing stakeholders, risks, and vendor relations.
- Experienced in leading cross-functional teams and handling multiple concurrent projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership skills, and adept problem-solving abilities.
- Previous involvement in transformation or process enhancement projects is advantageous.
