Project Coordinator - ELV Systems

About the Role

Addon Technology is seeking an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to oversee ELV (Extra Low Voltage) projects, including CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, and other electronic security systems. This position involves collaborating closely with site engineers, technicians, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress, timely material availability, accurate documentation, and successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise effectively with site engineers and technicians to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Create and monitor project schedules, track daily work progress, and prepare status reports.
• Coordinate material requirements, manage purchase requests, and ensure timely dispatch and delivery to project locations.
• Maintain continuous communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding ongoing project activities.
• Manage comprehensive project documentation including Bills of Quantities (BOQ), work orders, site reports, and completion records.
• Track project timelines to ensure tasks are finished according to schedule.
• Assist in manpower planning and deployment across multiple project sites.
• Support project billing, documentation, and the handover process.
• Resolve day-to-day coordination challenges between field teams and office staff.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Graduation or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, ECE, Instrumentation, ITI, or other relevant fields.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in roles such as Project Coordinator, Project Engineer, Service Coordinator, or Site Coordinator.
• Experience working in ELV domains such as CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, Networking, Electrical, MEP, or Building Automation is preferred.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong coordination and interpersonal communication capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
• Capability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Well-developed documentation and reporting skills.
• Basic understanding of ELV systems is advantageous.

Additional Information

This role is based at the office in Vadodara, Gujarat, India and requires working on-site.

Salary range offered for this position is between 18,000 and 25,000 INR per month.
