Project Assistant, Partnership Development (Part-Time)

About the Role

The Golden State Warriors are seeking a part-time Project Assistant to join their Partnership Development team in San Francisco, CA. This position involves supporting critical operational tasks including managing partner media assets, coordinating signage logistics, assisting with hospitality arrangements, and helping oversee daily project workflows. Working closely with various internal teams, the role supports the seamless execution of partnership initiatives and reports directly to the Senior Project Manager, Partnership Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Partnership Development team by handling fundamental administrative and project tasks
• Organize, track, and ensure fulfillment of deliverables as per partner sponsorship agreements
• Schedule and manage partner media assets such as signage, digital content, and radio elements
• Collect data and proof-of-performance documents to aid in creating partner media summaries
• Coordinate ticketing, parking passes, and gifting for department hospitality requirements
• Maintain accurate project information within the company’s CRM and help process invoices and expense claims
• Collaborate with the Game Experience team on timing of in-game assets and provide operational support at Warriors home games and special events
• Perform other related duties as needed

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience
• Six to twelve months of experience in event marketing or sports sponsorship activation
• Familiarity with social media marketing and digital platforms including proficiency in tracking digital marketing results
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and spoken, along with strong service and problem-solving skills
• Capability to establish positive working relationships across organizational levels and with corporate partners
• Excellent multitasking skills and comfort working in fast-paced environments
• Availability to work most home games and special events from early October to late June, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with reliable transportation

Compensation & Additional Information

• Hourly wage: $20.00 per hour
