About the Role
As a Program Manager II in Learning and Development for the Data Center team, you will oversee complex programs that support the design and operation of advanced electrical and HVAC systems worldwide. This role involves collaborating with multiple stakeholders across different locations and time zones to ensure effective program execution and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement structured communication plans tailored to various program stakeholders.
- Define program phases and key performance metrics to support continuous improvement and effective allocation of resources including personnel and equipment.
- Gather and manage essential data for program governance, maintain detailed trackers and status updates, and oversee task dependencies within projects.
- Carry out change management initiatives as identified by program stakeholders to adapt processes and workflows.
- Establish and nurture trusted relationships with stakeholders, manage their expectations, and provide the necessary information to enable informed decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least two years of experience in program or project management roles.
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management System (LMS) software such as Intellum and Evolve.
- Proven ability to develop and configure LMS setups, including managing user domains, permissions, and roles aligned with business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- A minimum of two years managing projects across cross-functional teams or departments.
