About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile and communicate program dashboards, executive summaries, progress reports, dependency logs, and financial updates.
  • Direct cross-functional teams, resolve obstacles, enhance delivery predictability, and foster continuous improvement.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication, swift escalation management, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications and Expertise

  • A minimum of 12 years’ experience in IT delivery, project or program management, or technology leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-team, multi-vendor, complex technology programs.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, hybrid methodologies, SDLC processes, and release management.
  • Practical experience with governance frameworks, stakeholder engagement, executive communication, and escalation resolution.
  • Proficient in risk, dependency, change, and scope management along with delivery metrics analysis.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence, Power BI, and Excel for reporting and tracking.
  • Competence in managing program financials, resource planning, utilization tracking, forecasting, and delivery commitments.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing capabilities.
  • Educational qualifications include B.E., B.Tech., M.B.A., M.C.A. or similar; relevant certifications such as PMP, SAFe, or Scrum Master are advantageous.
