Job description
Overview
This role involves implementing and upholding the Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety (QEHS) Management Systems across WasteServ Malta Ltd.'s facilities, aligned with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards. The individual will collaborate with process owners to develop compliant procedures, conduct ISO induction training sessions, perform audits on QEHS processes and documents, and communicate audit outcomes and system status updates to management.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and sustain the QEHS Management Systems throughout company sites adhering to relevant ISO standards.
- Work alongside process owners to formulate procedures meeting QEHS system requirements.
- Provide induction sessions focused on ISO standards.
- Conduct audits on QEHS management system processes, procedures, and manuals.
- Report audit findings and system implementation progress to Chiefs and the Head of Management Systems.
- Support preparation of tenders, reports, records, and related documentation as requested by the Head of Management Systems.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a first degree at MQF Level 6 from a recognized university in a relevant field.
