Production Operator

Role Overview

Kinisla seeks a Production Operator to join their team in Listowel, County Kerry. This role involves collaborating closely with shipping, warehousing, and quality teams to ensure efficient production processes.

Key Duties

• Exercise solid decision-making skills with effective delegation.
• Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) across assigned areas.
• Adhere strictly to Company policies on Health, Quality, Safety, and Environment.
• Coordinate and communicate regularly with shipping, warehousing, and quality departments.
• Collect, coordinate, and disseminate relevant production information.
• Perform general administrative tasks related to production office operations.
• Exhibit high accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
• Continuously monitor performance and implement improvements when necessary.
• Develop contingency plans by considering alternative approaches.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring full completion.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous manufacturing experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Basic understanding of plant processes and product knowledge preferred.
• Commitment to 'clean as you go' cleanliness standards.
• Willingness to learn and adopt good manufacturing practices.
• Ability to organize work efficiently and operate effectively under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing operational demands.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Team-oriented mindset and collaboration skills.
• Leaving Certificate qualification is required; a third level qualification is optional.
