The Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) sector is highly fragmented and intensely competitive. As a leading RMC firm, competition arises from both organized and local players, making exceptional service and quality products critical for maintaining good profit margins. With significant infrastructure growth, opportunities exist for establishing commercial and dedicated plants. The efficiency and profitability of these plants depend on cost-effectiveness and maximizing capacity utilization. Consequently, each plant's workforce must be focused and achieve excellence across their key result areas (KRAs) and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers during project execution to collect feedback and address concerns.
• Resolve on-site issues related to pumping, pouring, and labor management; escalate issues when required.
• Prepare, consolidate, and analyze plant plans and budgets to ensure optimal production.
• Manage manpower deployment at sites to guarantee smooth pouring operations.
• Optimize transport routes for transit mixers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
• Conduct site assessments before pours to determine the best motorable routes, site condition, coordination with clients on pour timing, necessary measurements, and quality control infrastructure.
• Plan the installation and movement of pumps, pipelines, transit mixers, and application engineers at concreting sites.
• Confirm pumping schedules with customers well in advance.
• Batch materials accurately according to details received from Ticketing or Customer Services teams.
• Evaluate availability of backup equipment to fulfill orders efficiently.
