With rapid infrastructure growth, opportunities to establish commercial and dedicated plants increase. Efficiency and profitability of plants are paramount, necessitating focused and high-performing employees in their key result areas.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Customer Management: Engage with customers during operations to collect feedback, troubleshoot onsite issues related to pumping, pouring, and labor management, escalating unresolved concerns as needed.
• Planning and Budgeting: Develop, consolidate, and analyze plant production plans and budgets.
• Product Delivery: Allocate manpower at sites for seamless pour execution; optimize transport routes for timely and safe transit of transit mixers; conduct site assessments before pours considering access routes, site condition, client timings, measurements, and quality control; arrange installations of pumps and pipelines; schedule movements of equipment and engineers; communicate pump scheduling to clients in advance.
• Production Execution: Perform batching according to tickets and customer service data; evaluate availability of equipment backup to fulfill orders.
