About the Role
At a prestigious client company in the Aalen region specializing in high-tech industries, an exceptional opportunity is available through temporary employment with a potential for permanent placement.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Scrum team to further develop the product vision for a sophisticated software system supporting production of optical high-tech equipment.
- Take ownership of developing one or multiple software products related to complex manufacturing processes.
- Lead the collection of requirements from production and development departments, translating them into a product backlog, breaking down tasks, documenting, and prioritizing them.
- Serve as the primary point for clarifying functional questions, estimate efforts collaboratively with the team, and assist in sprint planning.
- Create interfaces between agile and traditional project environments to enable both short-term sprint and long-term milestone planning.
- Coordinate software product introduction in production and act as the main contact in case of issues.
- Align with other Scrum teams for further architectural standardization and support a self-organized team as a servant leader.
Candidate Profile
- Completed degree in Computer Science or alternatively a scientific or engineering discipline or equivalent qualifications.
- Experience leading software projects and requirement analysis as well as solid software development knowledge.
- Proven participation in agile teams and practical experience as a Product Owner.
- Strong process understanding with the ability to abstract complex problems simply, for example using diagrams.
- Proficient in German and English at B2 level; German business language competence is mandatory.
